Useful, but needs work

Its nice to be able to access local news, weather, and closeline from my phone. But they really, REALLY need to offer alert settings other than in and off. I would like to be able to get breaking news or weather alerts without getting all of the random alerts for the morning AND afternoon "top stories," because, lets face it, those are almost never really "news".
